Our world is filled with hatred, violence, and sorrow. There are people hurting. There are so many things causing Divisions, but the hope that Christ brings can be unifying. Colossians 3:14 says, “And above all these put on love, which binds everything together in perfect harmony. We must put on love and share it with others. We must understand that the same message Billy Graham lived out is the message that will continue to bring about change if we share.

It is good to love others and to serve them well; that’s what God has called us to do, but can we really do that when we don’t consider if what we are doing is pleasing to God? Even great things can be offensive to God when they take our eyes off of Him and prevent us from doing what He wants us to do. Don’t forget to take time to pray and read your Bible. You need to please God before you please anyone else.

He wants to pour His love out upon you and He wants to help you with whatever you are going through right now. Run to Him and remember that He made the greatest sacrifice to pay the price for your ransom.

In the midst of everything going on in my life, I find hope in the fact that one day I will be in the presence of God. These words are a great reminder that one day we will have peace and will get to spend eternity with our Creator.
